With TV Came Happiness

This cover is awesome enough with the inclusion of Loa and Match. What makes it truly great is that green freak-ass blob, Doop. He is supposedly dead, but that doesn’t stop anybody nowadays. The green alien has his own language, his own crazy murderous powers and his own private detective agency. He also likes to have sex with the women and the men. And also minks. Try-sexual. I bet the ice cream is the next thing he’s going to use for a hole.

Before it is time for The Tops in Comic Characterdom, I have two pictures to post. In the first, the Guardians of the Galaxy are mourning the loss of some of their members. Even Rocket Raccoon is sad that his nemesis, “That Damn Dog”, Cosmo has died. I was surprised that Mantis, Cosmo, Starlord and Rocket Raccoon didn’t make my nominations because they are amazing characters, but there had to have been five better. Maybe next year guys.

The next picture, from X-Men Legacy, is only really important because I love D.O.A. the horrific clown-killer-baby-midget thing.

A dummy friend sent this to me this week and even though I don’t take requests, this was too good to pass up. The best one is “Wundy” getting all depressed about not having a baby. Crazy bitch.

Comic Solicitations came out last week and though the solicits were interesting, the covers were not. A few will no make their way to this blog. You can see them below. Role call! X-Factor. Gay Shatterstar jacks up Dr. Doom with the help of M, Strong Guy and Darwin. You can see more of Shatterstar AND X-Factor in the next week as he is up for an award.

Cinderella: From Fabletown With Love has had amazing covers the entire mini through. This issue is no exception. Looks like some sexy goings on are to be had in a shortly. Cinderella-Puss in Boots love. You will also the mini in the upcoming week as it too has been nominated.

Majik, Anole, Armor and Danger are spotlighted in the next issue of Nation X. That’s a gay and issue with Karma and Northstar thus far getting their own stories. Quotas! You won’t find any of these people in the next week. None of these bitches were nominated. Booyah.

One of my top ten Marvel redheads is back from the dead, wailing on some of his former teammates. He’s a bit frustrated it seems.

My comic shop was out of S.W.O.R.D. Sadness. I missed this nugget of joy. Lockheed the Dragon has become a surly bitch and I love it.

Selene found Destiny, the greatest mutant seer ever. Watch out X-Men, your world is just about to go entirely to shit. Also, breasts.

I’m in a typy mood so you’ll be getting a shit ton of posts tonight. The floodgates are open. You will be involved in a noyade (thats a mass execution by drowning, you simpletons. Underwater marriages, mofos! We shall begin tonight with a little tale. A tale of comics future. November future to be exact. Yes, for the Marvel Comics solicitations came out last week and I was just too sexy to put them up. Sexy equaling lazy.

I have three presents for you. Firstly is this ugly piece of caca. Where the holy fuck are Psylocke’s legs? I mean we see vagina, but her legs have been ripped off. Meanwhile, Emma Frost’s cape seems to be part of her body. I want a cape that pops out of my hand. Cyclops is missing his left leg after the knee. Namor abs seems ot start at his neck. There is a magic floating X Emma is standing on. Fuck you Greg Land. You tracing son of a bitch.

Secondly, is the cover for New Mutants. My favorite team ever, The Hellions are back! So they’re zombies, it gives an excuse to bring them back for reals. The best one is Catseye. Guess which one is she is. Also, for some odd reason, Tarot is on the cover even though she’s not dead. Huh wah? How can she have returned form the grave if she’s still alive?

Thirdly, this fanboy moment, brought to you by being a dork. Mighty Avengers promises EVERY good Avengers team coming together. New Avengers, Mighty Avengers, Young Avengers, Avengers Resistance. Do I see Tigra up front ready to beat some ass. Hell yes. Give me more please.

Oh dear god. Marvel, why are you doing this to me? About 75 things were revealed this week at the Chicago Comic-Con. Agent Brand, Beast and Lockheed the pink dragon from X-Men are getting their own series about S.W.O.R.D. I won’t explain it to much. Basically, they are in space doing things. Space comics!

More space comics! War of Kings is over but Realm of Kings is beginning. Two mini-series are coming out one about the always sexy Inhumans and one about those crazy kids, The Imperial Guard. What with a giant hole in space, things are bound to get crazy. They even mentioned my favorite Guard member, Hussar, the ugly red lady with the whip. Below you will see some awesomeness. Look at Medusa!!!

Ha. I forgot. War of Kings ended on a very depressing note. Black Bolt is possibly dead and as we see in the picture below, the Inhumans won but it ain’t a happy one, no sir.

Oh and Gladiator became a a king. A depressed King at that.

I planned on mentioning all of the comic news, but this seems space themed and I didn’t want to throw out some Gods stuff or X-menness. Suck it. Here is another awesome Guardians of The Galaxy cover. Do NOT fuck with Rocket Raccoon.

So much stuff to say. First off, the solicitations are out and things are getting might crazy. FUCKING KANG IS BACK?!? And fucking with the Guardians of the Galaxy! Cosmo and Mantis. Together forever. Oh wait! Mantis and Kang have a shared past. He kidnapped her and tried to marry her. Woot!

Also, ComicCon happened in San Diego and the biggest reveal is that the crazy bitch SELENE is resurrecting a ton of dead mutants. And there will be a crazy wonderful crossover. Check it out below.

Coming up this week, as I’ve mentioned, the REAL Thunderbolts are reuniting and here is quite a little shot of Songbird back with Fixer and Mach IV. Below that is a stunning cover for War of Kings that releases in two weeks. And finally, BOOM BOOM IS ALIVE!! Time travel got her un-shot in the head. Poor Leper Queen though. She was happy with death.
